Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1. Email us at info@kiddieskingdom.co.in with your order number
2. We'll provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
