Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days — ₹2,500–₹2,800 (depending on size of the package)
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days — ₹4,500–₹4,800 (depending on size of the package)

Shipping charges vary based on the size and weight of the package. There is no free delivery and no Cash on Delivery (COD) available. All orders must be prepaid.

All orders are shipped via BlueDart, one of India's most trusted and reliable courier services, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your order.

We only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

All items are carefully packed with eco-friendly materials. Fragile items receive extra protection. Free gift wrapping is available on all orders.

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time — but we're working on expanding soon!

If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
